A Message to Our Customers
To all of our Stay Green partners and clients,
As you all are doing, we are closely monitoring the outbreak of the COVID-19 coronavirus and taking steps to protect the health and safety of our team members, our partners, our clients and the general public. We are keeping those who have been impacted by this disease in our thoughts, and hoping for the most positive possible outcomes for all.
This morning, we issued internal communications to all Stay Green team members, including reminders of the guidelines the Centers for Disease Control has provided to help prevent community spread of the coronavirus. We are also making adjustments to our operations with this in mind. We do not currently expect these adjustments to have significant impacts on the services we are proud to provide you.
At this time, we expect to continue providing landscape services to keep our clients’ landscapes healthy and beautiful as always. We are, however, doing so while at the same time being mindful of the “social distancing” measures advocated by health officials, and discouraging close person-to-person contacts.
Here is a brief summary of the steps Stay Green is taking to respond to this crisis:
Cleanliness and Hygiene:
As always, we emphasize and maintain a safe and clean environment. As part of our regular operations, our work spaces and offices are cleaned and sanitized daily. We've increased the frequency of cleanings, especially to frequently visited areas. And, we have instructed our teams to send home anyone who is not feeling well, or has family members who aren’t feeling well. We have policies in place to support our employees during illness and family emergencies.
While we are continuing to serve you, we also want to limit exposure risk for our team members and clients alike. As always, our team is ready to address your service questions via phone, email or on our website.
Additionally, Stay Green has cancelled all events, including training classes, that would require the gathering of groups of people. This is to maximize social distancing and reduce large crowds. For our employees, we have banned all non-essential, work-related travel.
Continue to Serve:
While taking steps to limit risk, we are not limiting our service level to you. We will continue be a partner in serving your landscaping needs.
This situation continues to evolve quickly, and we will continue to monitor it closely and follow the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and the rest of the medical health community.
