At Stay Green, we believe that a strong culture grows from gratitude, connection, and a little fun along the way. This October, our North and South Operations and Field Services teams came together to celebrate HalloGreen—a festive event dedicated to our people, their families, and the teamwork that fuels everything we do.

Team Spirit in Full Color

One of the highlights of the celebration was our HalloGreen Art Contest, where team members’ children showcased their creativity through colorful Halloween-themed drawings. With entries ranging from playful pumpkins to spooky landscapes, the artwork reminded us how much talent and imagination runs in our Stay Green family.

• Ages 1–4: Bursting with color and Halloween cheer, these youngest artists captured the joy of the season.

• Ages 5–8: From grinning pumpkins to spooky skeletons, creativity was on full display.

• Ages 9–12: This group wowed us with fun, Stay Green inspired Halloween designs that showed true artistic flair.

• Ages 13–17: Our oldest participants impressed with bold concepts and skillful technique to celebrate the spooky season!

Gratitude and Growth

Beyond the art and laughter, HalloGreen was about connection. It was a time to recognize hard work, welcome new team members, and reflect on how much we’ve accomplished together this year. Events like this remind us that appreciation and teamwork aren’t just part of our culture—they are our culture.
