As part of helping property managers bring increased sustainability to their clients’ property, Stay Green has extended the deadline for its Spring Landscape Makeover Contest to May 17.

landscaping before Simply GreenAs part of the company’s new Seasons of Care campaign, Stay Green has been inviting community managers to submit photos of clients’ medians, monuments or common areas that would be good candidates for a sustainability makeover. The Stay Green team will replace water-guzzling turf and non-native plants with beautiful, climate-appropriate plants and/or ground cover. Clients will see an improved, more attractive property in addition to water savings.

Community managers can enter the contest by taking a photo of the properties they want to nominate, visit their Stay Green Community Manager’s Garden Shed web page, where they can view complete rules and upload their entries. Managers can enter as many properties as they like, and they don’t even need to be properties that are currently maintained by Stay Green. The maximum size for each median, monument or common area entered is 1,000 square feet.
