    Stay Green Inc., Bakersfield Division took over the landscaping contract for our homeowners association in March 2018. In addition to taking care of our common area landscaping, they are also responsible for the maintenance of 413 front yards and the areas surrounding 66 patina’s.

    Since the takeover, Stay Green has worked with management to find solutions that have helped overcome poor soil conditions and irrigation problems. The overall health of our plants has improved, and we now have an impressive bloom season. Although the company is based in Santa Clarita, the management and crew members are local, so they are knowledgeable about soil issues and diseases that pertain to our region. Brian Stephens, in particular, has spent many hours in board meetings and landscape committee meetings educating and advising which has benefited the community.

    We are very blessed to have Stay Green as part of our team and we highly recommend them.

    On behalf of Stay Green Inc., regarding maintenance of multiple community associations with Kelly Management, the standard service has been outstanding. The onsite crews with Stay Green have been received well with ownership and boards through all transitions into new association contracts. On top of the weekly maintenance, I have experienced great reception with requests outside of the norm, i.e. slope maintenance requiring bringing in alternate machinery, provided information regarding implementation of community-wide drip systems and irrigation upgrades, and arborist requests and recommendations.

    Their knowledge and skillset have been wonderful additions to our multi-manager and community association office. We look forward to continuing to work with their company for many years to come.

Stay Green managed to get all of these areas under control within a very reasonable timeframe, despite the fact that the contract began at the peak growing season and when the City was beginning to implement its drought-responsive watering restrictions.

    "In this crazy day and age, it was so refreshing to have such good people help Me out of the kindness of their hearts just for no reason at all."

    I just wanted to compliment your South Bay team and Frank your foreman and Zack their supervisor. Today they were working on the green belt in PVE and my car was parked across the street. While I was inside the house I was caretaking at someone smashed my car window. I came out And was shocked and asked the guys if anyone saw anything and sadly no one did. Frank and the guys wanted to make sure nothing they did caused the break and it was smashed so bad we all knew it was something larger than a pebble. Zack came over too and assessed the situation and he and the guys were adamant about helping me clean up the glass and making it safe for me to drive home. They totally did not have to do this and yet they said not a problem we have all the stuff to help clean up and wore gloves and face masks and helped me. It was so above and beyond anything I could imagine and so incredibly nice I was just amazed by their thoughtfulness and caring. This is a great group of gentlemen and showed me such kindness in a moment of chaos and I appreciate it more than I could ever express. Thank you Frank, Zack and your team who were working on PV drive West today. In this crazy day and age, it was so refreshing to have such good people help Me out of the kindness of their hearts just for no reason at all. You’re the best. Stay safe and be well.

    "This team is AWESOME!"

    This team is AWESOME!  In order to practice safe social distancing, they sent me a video of the inspection they did at the shopping center at Fullerton Crossing.  I was able to see that the weed abatement that they performed had been completed without having to leave my home! I really appreciate Stay Green using technology and servicing customers with great quality and new innovative ideas, especially during these trying these times.
