Recruitment/Training Coordinator

The primary role of the Recruitment/Training Coordinator is to help HR by attending recruiting job fairs and traveling to our different yard locations to perform visiting job sites where our crews are working to ensure they are working safely and within our SGI best standard protocols.

The primary role of the Tree Climber is assisting crew leaders in the performance of all services, while maintaining the highest efficiency, safety and production standards. The Tree Climber must have at least two years within the industry, and must have the ability to perform multiple tasks, meet critical deadlines and possess technical knowledge of commercial and landscape maintenance practices.

Accounting Manager

Under the supervision of the Controller, the Accounting Manager executes day-to-day and monthly accounting functions, including but not limited to managing accounts receivable, collections, and accounts payable; serving as purchasing agent when necessary; and streamlining all accounting processes. Eligible candidates must have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a B.S. in Accounting.
