STAY GREEN INC (SGI) of Valencia, a distinguished landscape service provider with 35 years of dedicated operation in this area, was recently presented with several top awards in the 46th Annual Landscape Beautification Awards Competition held by the San Fernando Valley Chapter of the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA). CLCA is recognized as the state’s leading trade association representing the professional landscape industry.

All three winning projects are located in the Santa Clarita Valley, and are supervised by SGI Account Managers Isaias Leon and John Hanrahan.

· Awarded Outstanding in the Public Works category for the Centre Pointe project in Canyon Country. CentrePointe is the new commercial/industrial development on the east side of the valley near the new Cross Valley Connector Bridge. · Awarded Outstanding in the Large Commercial Maintenance category for Montana Townhomes in Valencia. Montana is located off of Newhall Ranch Road. · Awarded First Place in the Large Commercial Maintenance category for the prestigious Bridgeport HOA community in Valencia. Bridgeport is noted for its beautiful man-made lake developed by Newhall Land and Farming Company.
